Registration and Booking

By clicking the “Book Now” button, you agree to complete the registration process. A placement test may be required to determine the appropriate level for your English lessons. Once your registration is reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email within 4 to 15 hours. Please ensure that the information you provide is accurate to avoid delays in processing your request.

Payment and Refunds

Payments are not charged automatically. Students must make payments manually if they wish to continue studying with us. If no payment is received, access to the class will be restricted until payment is made.

All payments, if applicable, should be made in advance after receiving your confirmation email. Refunds are provided only under specific circumstances, such as cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class or technical issues on our part.

Class Attendance

Students are expected to attend live classes on time. If you are unable to attend, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Missed classes without prior notice may not be rescheduled or refunded.

Data Collection and Privacy

We collect personal information (e.g., name, email address) through the registration process solely for the purpose of class communication and registration. Your data is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Technical Requirements

To participate in live classes, students must have access to a stable internet connection, a device with audio/video capabilities, and the required software (e.g., Zoom or Microsoft Teams). Technical issues on the student's side may not qualify for refunds or makeups.
