To ensure transparency and maintain the quality of our services, we have outlined the following policies. These guidelines help us foster an organized and effective learning environment for all students.

Registration and Booking

We offer a variety of live classes, including:

Workplace English

Vocabulary Development for students aiming to overcome speaking barriers

English for Beginners for those starting from scratch

Grammar and Writing Skills for professional and academic purposes

Students can enroll in their preferred course by completing payment. Once the payment is received, course details will be sent to the registered email address.

Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed automatically. Once enrolled, the same amount will be charged to your account on a monthly basis until you cancel the subscription. There will be up to three attempts to process the payment. If payment is not received, access to the class will be suspended until the issue is resolved.

Refunds are only issued under specific circumstances, such as cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class or in cases of technical issues on our part. If a student has already started attending classes and then chooses to discontinue, refunds will not be provided.

Data Collection and Privacy

We collect basic personal information (e.g., name, email address) during registration solely for the purpose of class communication and management. All data is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

Technical Requirements

To participate in live classes, students must have:

A stable internet connection

A device with audio and video capabilities

Required software (e.g., Zoom)

Please note that technical issues on the student's side are not eligible for refunds or makeup sessions.
